A 20W fluorescent tubes consumes about 28W in total, including the ballast and starter.
- Assuming there are 1000pcs of 20W fluorescent tubes are being used;
- working hours per day for the lights is 10 hours;
- the electricity price is 0.17USD/kwh.
Then, the annual money saving in electricity would be:	(28 - 10) * 1000 * 10 * 365 / 1000 * $0.17 = $11,169.00
Then, annual electricity conservation would be:	(28 - 10) * 1000 * 10 * 365 / 1000 = 65,700 kwh
